Introducing Charlotte Robinson who has been with us since February 2022. Charlotte is one of our Project Co-ordinators for England based at the Sheffield office. Charlotte has a strong background in customer service which is a core skill as we believe customer service is second to none.
When not project managing, Charlotte likes nothing better than developing properties! So she has hands-on experience in the types of work our clients are undertaking at the same time as installing a Heat Pump, which is a great attribute to have.
Charlotte is also documenting the process of her renovation project on YouTube! She enjoys taking her dog to training at the weekend – working towards trials at some point. Charlotte is also very crafty as she makes her own home furnishings and holiday cards.
IMS Heat Pump installers operate from offices in Perth and Sheffield. Established in 1997, IMS provides the very best in design, installation, commissioning, service & maintenance of Ground, Air Source and Water Source Heat Pumps.
