The year has started very well for IMS Heat Pumps with a buoyant order book and some excellent renewable energy projects in the pipeline. We really care about the projects we work on and value any testimony and recognition provided. We are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year as part of the Scottish Energy Efficiency Awards for 2022. The awards will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow on Friday 20th May 2022.
The Regional Renewable Heat Installer or Contractor of the Year Award rewards one exceptional company, in each of the 11 Regional areas around the UK, that is involved with the installation, implementation or maintenance of energy efficient heating systems that qualify for the government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). These systems include biomass boilers, solar water heating, ground/air/water source heat pumps. This award recognises the efforts of fully qualified RHI Installers and contractors that provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate a high standard of quality workmanship or best practice within their local community.
Judges will consider the nature, scale and scope of the work carried out, and a special emphasis will be placed on any successful integration of RHI or any other Local or National Government Energy Efficiency schemes in the nominee’s projects.
The judges will also look at:
- The impact their work has had within the local community
- What their customers and local community have to say about them
- What level of expertise the nominee has
