Our Scottish Installations Manager, Arran Donald has been crowned winner in the regional category for Scotland in the Heating Installer Awards 2024.
The Heating Installer Awards run annually to create a positive talking point in the industry, working to promote the excellent customer service delivered by heating installers which can often go unrecognised.
Targeting all regions across the UK. Heating Installer Awards encourages plumbers and installers to nominate a project they’re particularly proud of, which demonstrates problem solving skills, clever and knowledgeable product selection, and exceptional results.
We submitted Arran’s work on a particularly challenging installation of a hybrid air source heat pump for an 18th Century Georgian Country Villa in East Lothian, Scotland. You can read all about the project here on our Case Studies page.

The regional winners and category finalists will now go through to the next stage of the awards, which involves a technical challenge and a public vote.
The public vote will make up a third of the overall scores, alongside the judges’ scores and the scores from a technical challenge. The winners will be announced on 26th June at InstallerSHOW in Birmingham NEC.
