The site is situated in what was formally farming land. The house was named Carleatheran, after one of the overlooking hills. We provided a full heating solution with a NIBE ground source heat pump and underfloor heating.
We worked with Haldane Construction Ltd, who built this incredible traditional style home. The interior finishes were made up of a lot of the surrounding oak trees and the whole house was built with the environment in mind.
