The standard NIBE warranty is 24 months for parts and labour, but as NIBE Pro VIP Installers WE can offer our customers an enhanced 7-year parts and labour manufacturer warranty on their heat pumps. NIBE buffer and hot water cylinders installed alongside the heat pump also benefit from the 7-year warranty.
