User Guides: CTC

If you have a CTC heat pump installed by us, you can find useful homeowner guides and operating information below.

You’ll have received the relevant information for your system as part of your handover, but we’ve included copies here in case you need them again.

If you’re unsure which guide applies to your system, or need any help with your CTC heat pump, just get in touch with our team.

For CTC product support, contact Go Geothermal, the UK distributor for CTC heat pumps, on 01388 720 228 during office hours.
