Service, Support & Maintenance
IMS Heat Pumps provide Annual Service and Fault Fix & Maintenance support for client installations.
Please note, we are not currently taking on 3rd Party installations for service or repair work.
Most manufacturers require an annual service to maintain the warranty terms and conditions of your heat pump. For IMS customers this will typically by arranged between April and September to ensure optimum efficiency of your system during the heating season.
Unlike some of our competitors, the Annual Service not only includes the servicing on your Heat Pump but also checks on your Ground Loop collector (for Ground Source Heat Pumps) and, if installed by us, your connected heating and hot water distribution systems.
Your Annual Service will be planned in advance and undertaken by our team of highly trained and experienced engineers.
Annual Service
An Annual Service is required to maintain the terms of your manufacturer warranty, and if you are in receipt of the Renewable Heat Incentive.
